Crimson’s Slip-On Welded Positive Centralizers share the same design and operational characteristics as the Hinged Welded Positive Bow Centralizers, offering reliable casing centralization and stand-off performance.

These units are built with solid slip-on end rings, allowing them to be easily installed directly onto the casing outer diameter (OD) during assembly. The positive bows are firmly welded to the exterior of the slip-on end collars under controlled temperature conditions, using the appropriate grade of electrode to ensure superior strength and weld integrity.

Each centralizer undergoes a special anti-corrosion treatment prior to polyester powder coating, providing long-term protection against rust and harsh well environments.

These models are supplied fully assembled to simplify installation and reduce handling time at the rig site. Available in sizes from 4½" to 30", with custom sizes or configurations available upon request.
