Crimson’s Non-Weld Semi-Rigid Centralizers combine the advantages of standard bow spring centralizers and rigid centralizers, resulting in a design capable of withstanding high lateral loads. With their high restoring force, excellent stand-off, and low running force, these centralizers are ideal for deviated and horizontal wells where spring loads are significant.

Each bow spring is manufactured from high-grade alloy steel under controlled conditions to ensure superior performance. The double-crested profile provides optimal compression, allowing the centralizer to pass smoothly through tight spots and doglegs. Compared with conventional bow spring designs, this model offers greater stand-off due to its stronger restoring force, which in turn increases contact area, minimizes bow penetration, and enhances mud displacement during cementing.

Bows can be configured for any hole diameter using a selection of five standard double-crested bow sizes. For long-lasting durability, every centralizer undergoes an iron phosphate coating process followed by a protective polyester powder coating to prevent corrosion.

These centralizers are supplied in a half-assembled condition to reduce shipping and storage costs. Standard sizes range from 4½" to 20", with custom sizes or combinations available upon request.
