Crimson’s Solid Heavy Duty Spiralizers are specifically engineered to handle extreme loads in highly deviated and horizontal wells, as well as for use with liner hanger applications. Constructed from robust high-strength steel, these Spiralizers deliver exceptional durability and performance compared to other alloy designs.

This model can be directly installed onto the casing by simply slipping it on and is supplied with compatible Stop Collars beveled on one side and secured using set screws.

The Spiralizer features hydrodynamic spiral fins that ensure optimal mud displacement and minimal pressure drop across the centralizer. Each fin is precision welded to the sleeve under controlled temperature conditions using low-hydrogen coated electrodes, providing superior weld strength and consistency. The fins are wide, symmetrical, and highly wear-resistant, offering long service life even in demanding downhole conditions.

To protect against corrosion, every unit undergoes a special iron phosphate surface treatment, followed by a high-quality polyester powder coating.

This product is supplied fully assembled and is available in sizes ranging from 3½” to 20”. Custom sizes or configurations can be provided upon request.
