Crimson’s Non-Welded Bow Spring Centralizers are produced using advanced engineering methods and precision manufacturing. A strong commitment to quality control ensures these tools meet and surpass API 10D standards, making them suitable for the most challenging well conditions. They are specifically designed for vertical, horizontal, and deviated wells, delivering both low starting forces and high restoring forces.

These high-performance bows are crafted from double-rolled alloy steel and undergo hot forming within a controlled heat-treatment facility, providing consistent hardness and superior spring performance. The end collars feature a self-locking mechanism, allowing for quick assembly, secure grip, and time efficiency during installation.

Crimson offers five standard bow sizes adaptable to various hole dimensions. Each unit is treated with an iron phosphate coating to enhance corrosion resistance, followed by a durable polyester powder finish for long-term protection.

The Hinged Non-Welded Bow Spring Centralizers can be supplied in a semi-assembled form, helping to reduce shipping and storage costs. They are available in sizes ranging from 4½” to 30”, with custom sizes and configurations available upon request.
