The Crimson Hinged Welded Cement Basket (Latch-On Type) is engineered for reliable support of long cement columns during primary cementing operations. The design features flexible bow springs, which are heat-treated under controlled conditions to ensure maximum strength, resilience, and uniformity.

These bow springs are welded to slip-on end collars and integrated with overlapping metal fins, providing both flexibility and high load-bearing capacity. This construction allows the basket to maintain excellent performance even under demanding wellbore conditions.

The latch-on design enables easy installation by simply sliding the basket over the pin end of a casing joint before the connection is made up, saving time during rig operations.

Available in sizes ranging from 4½″ to 30″, with special sizes or configurations available upon request.
