Crimson’s Non-Rotating Float Collar is manufactured from premium seamless casing-grade steel and equipped with an internal check valve featuring an anti-rotation mechanism to enhance drill-out performance. Each unit is tested and rated in accordance with API RP 10F standards to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

Traceability is maintained from the mill material certificates, and all collars are precision-machined on CNC equipment for superior dimensional accuracy. The check-valve assembly, securely fixed within the collar, effectively prevents cement slurry flowback during pumping interruptions.

This robust design ensures positive sealing in vertical, horizontal, and deviated wells. Float equipment is available in various steel grades, including K-55, L-80, N-80, C-95, T-95, and P110.
