Crimson’s Float Shoe is precision-engineered from seamless casing-grade steel, designed to ensure positive sealing performance in vertical, horizontal, and deviated wells.

The Float Equipment is available in various steel grades including K-55, L-80, N-80, C-95, T-95, and P110. Full material traceability is maintained from the mill certificates, and all machining operations are performed on CNC machines to achieve consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.

Crimson’s Float Equipment is tested and rated in accordance with API specifications, ensuring superior reliability. Each Float Shoe incorporates a high-performance plunger valve, constructed from high-grade polymer plastic, natural rubber, and a phenolic coating. The valve is securely embedded within a high-pressure cement mixture, designed to deliver maximum circulation rates and dependable sealing performance.
