Crimson’s Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar is designed for quick and easy installation on the casing without the need to slip it over the pipe end. This makes it highly effective in applications where low annular clearance is encountered.

The collar features a two-piece design, hinged at 180 degrees, allowing it to latch securely around the casing. A set of precision-engineered set screws provides the required gripping force, ensuring the collar remains firmly fixed in position during casing operations.

Each Stop Collar undergoes a special iron phosphate treatment for corrosion resistance, followed by a durable polyester powder coating for long-lasting protection and performance in demanding downhole environments.

Available in sizes ranging from 4½” to 30”, with custom sizes available upon request.
