The double-crested bow springs are welded to the end collars under carefully controlled temperature conditions using extra-low hydrogen electrodes, resulting in exceptional strength and consistency. The integral hinge design enhances durability by remaining intact even under extreme stress.

These centralizers are available in multiple bow configurations, derived from four standard bow heights to ensure optimal starting and restoring force. Every unit undergoes a protective iron phosphate coating process, followed by a polyester powder coating to prevent corrosion and extend service life.

For convenience and cost efficiency, Crimson’s Hinged Welded Semi-Rigid Centralizers are generally supplied in a semi-assembled form, reducing both shipping and storage costs. Available in sizes ranging from 3½" to 20", with custom sizes and combinations available upon request.
