Crimson’s Non-Rotating Aluminum Insert Cementing Plugs are constructed from graded rubber bonded to an aluminum core for strength and durability. Each plug features three self-centering cups with wiping elements securely bolted to the aluminum core.

During cementing operations, differential pressure forces the wipers and cups firmly against the casing wall, ensuring an effective wiping action along the entire casing string. The aluminum core provides resistance to distortion under high pressure in deep wells and supports long cement columns.

The top plug is suitable for single-plug applications, while all plugs are fully PDC drillable. When equipped with an aluminum core, these plugs are rated for operating temperatures up to 200°F, with options available for higher temperature service or synthetic/mud fluid compatibility upon request.
