Hinged Bolted Stop Collars

Crimson’s Hinged Bolted Stop Collar is designed for secure and convenient installation on the casing to hold centralizers and other downhole accessories firmly in place.
The collar features a two-piece hinged design, with one end joined by a hinge and the other secured using a high-strength draw bolt. When tightened, the bolt forces the collar to grip the casing securely, delivering a holding force up to ten times greater than the centralizer’s starting force, in accordance with API 10D standards.
This latch-on design allows for easy installation without the need to slip the collar over the pipe end, making it efficient for use in the field.
Each collar undergoes a special iron phosphate treatment to resist corrosion, followed by a durable polyester powder coating for long-term protection and performance.
Available in sizes ranging from 4½” to 30”, with special sizes or configurations available upon request.
