Crimson’s Hinged Welded Bow Spring Centralizers are precision-engineered, high-quality welded tools designed to meet or surpass API 10D requirements. They provide high restoring forces while maintaining low starting forces, ensuring effective casing centralization across a variety of well conditions.

Each unit is manufactured and heat-treated under carefully controlled temperature and time cycles, guaranteeing that the bow springs are securely welded to the end collars. This process minimizes distortion, enhances rigidity.

Crimson’s Hinged Welded Bow Spring Centralizers are typically supplied in a semi-assembled state, offering cost-effective shipping and storage. A range of seven standard bow heights is available to ensure optimal starting and restoring force performance.

To ensure durability and corrosion resistance, all centralizers undergo an iron phosphate treatment, followed by a polyester powder coating. Available in sizes from 2 7/8” to 30”, with custom sizes and configurations available upon request.
